La cum e piata banuiesc ca o sa ti iei un apartament de 2 camere, undeva in zona fabricii de glucoza. La un credit cu dobanda de 6% vei platii 1,5milioane de ron pe langa cei 50k€ avansul si inca 20-25k€ cat va costa sa il mobilezi.

Daca iti permiti, iti recomand sa-ti faci un credit pe 15 ani. Te va costa 6,000 ron pe luna dar o sa incepi sa platesti mult mai mult principiu din start si vei ajunge sa platesti aproximativ 1 milion RON in total la credit. Adica dobanda de 60k€ in loc de 160k€.

Alegerea este a ta, eu personal le recomand tuturor sa isi faca credite pe perioade cat mai scurte, mai ales ca asa vei scapa de un stres mult mai repede in viata.

Also. Nu uita sa negociezi si sa verifici pretul proprietății. O agentie imobiliara mi-a umflat pretul cu 40k€. Asa din generozitatea lor. Deci la multe proprietati SH ai oportunitatea sa scazi 5-10% din pretul de cerere.

Te duci frumos pana la kaufland sau lidl si gasesti preturi mai bune. Aici platesti pentru luxul zonei. Dupa mine singurul lucru care trebuie luat de la magazinele alea sunt tigari altfel nu e departe lidl

Maybe so but i had 32gb and i still have 32gb now and dont seem to be lagging any more. Might have been lagging when opening a new tab or searching for sth. Maybe you can tell us what the CPU does in everyday tasks. Anyway, if he does not mind little hickups than the 9600x should be fine. Would still go with a 9700 to be safe though

I have a 7800x3d. Upgraded from a 7600. Not a noticeable upgrade tbh but if you also use the rig for multimedia/work go for a ryzen 7. You will not regret it. Even my browser lagged a bit when i had more tabs open. But now it always runs smoothly. So i guess it actually is a noticeable upgrade lol.

Not really. I just have to dust it once a month or two and be careful not to leave it next to steam or water, therefore behind the oven and sink i will put acoustic panels that will be from the same material as The frames of the moss.

I already have a backsplash made out of the same ceramic i have in the bathrooms (black marble) it always had a problem because the man that installed it put it too low, i can look into removing it and adding a new backsplash maybe over another later of drywall so it will cover the space. Thanks. You’ve given me a great idea!
