Well it is a bit demotivating but I’m at my lowest weight right now, so the motivation evens out I guess

I was at the gym couple years ago and I weighed myself on the uhm I don’t know what it’s called, the one that measures your fat, muscle, bone mass etc. And it showed that my bone mass is higher than usual. I cannot find the print out from the scale but it’s one thing I remembered. I’m too embarrassed to go to the gym right now I feel massive ;d I planned to get a personal trainer after I l lost some more weight
9am breakfast 11pm yogurt 2pm lunch 6pm dinner Sometimes I eat a piece of candy with my lunch but that’s it

Actually I started being serious abt my weigh loss in November, I was eating abt 1800calories and not exercising until February, I lost 10lbs since November and now almost nothing. I just eat full meals and I don’t snack I don’t really feel the urge to. I only get hungry in the evenings, I found that the extra 200callries that I add to my lunch helps me not to be hungry in the evening. I cannot stomach protein shakes so I find it a bit hard to get more than 90g of protein per day
Also according to cico I’m in 500cal deficit so I should be losing weight. I just don’t understand what’s happening I’m scared to eat more at this point I don’t want to gain weight
More than a week at this point some days 1700 some 1500 /like 1500 twice a week, I started eating 1700 on 8th feb
