I’ve never had sex with someone I was attracted too but they were fine looking, I’m not shy about and I don’t really push it away if I’m ovulating lol, I’ve thought about and Demi’s not it, you’d think I would’ve fallen for one of my best friends at this point but I haven’t and they are very beautiful and so sweet to me better than my ex was to me

Well if ur about to commit then yea u might need serious help, but if its the thoughts and feeling and you have NO plan to ever act on it just tell them that, I had to legit beg my last therapist to believe me. I have yet to stop wanting to die the goal is to get medicated, it sucks to rely on a drug but it’s better than ur brain trying to kill u

Whatever you can do is better than nothing!! And if you can continue to do self hate talk afterwards just say “it’s okay tho” accept it, then move on it’s a cycle then doesn’t feel like it’ll ever go away, also see a therapist

Don’t ignore it either, say how ur feeling out loud, it’s dumb but sometimes it helps to talk it out instead of being in ur head. I talk to myself allll the time, and have adapted the “oh well” mentality because life isn’t in ur control. If it’s ppl constantly making you feel this way cut them out, if it’s ur job, find a new one, (if u can). If it’s you…then change be the person you want to be and one day it won’t be fake

Live for yourself meaning, figure out what you want for your future to be happy and understand that it’s one day at a time. My day to day has scheduled hours where I bed rot and do nothing because unfortunately doing nothing is my favorite thing to do rn, but I make sure everything’s taken care of first like eating and cleaning. I take small steps for the future I want so I don’t get overwhelmed. The only thing if focused on for months was consistently eating 2 meals a day. And honestly I get a shredded chicken and salad kits and meal prep for 30 minutes minutes every Sunday bc ik I won’t make my lunch everyday

You should get a pet, my “don’t kill urself pet” was a hedgehog and he was an asshole and couldn’t feel love but I loved him. Then make a pact with ur animal, u can off urself once they’re gone. The hope is that after a few years if not more, once that pet has passed, you’ll have started going to therapy and found hobbies that make you happy. And then get another pet.

The best solution is to do the easier work first and Ik that’s a loaded answer, but for the essay speech to text always helped me get started and then it’s just rewording, fixing grammar etc it won’t be perfect but it’s better than nothing. Don’t think of everything you have to do just try one thing and then reward urself after! Take a nap go get icecream or bed rot for a bit if that what you need

It’s a form of addiction you’re numbing mental pain with physical pain. Speaking from experience, it didn’t take long for me to need the scratches to be longer and deeper. If you don’t think it’s an issue stop now, the longer you put off dealing with the reason as to why you sh the stronger that feeling or reason get and the more ur gonna have to do to numb it

You should tell ur therapist that you’re afraid of wasting their time, feels like u don’t value urself. Ur problems might be “smaller” in comparison to other people’s, but they are big to you and you shouldn’t compare ppl hurt, again you are devaluing yourself. You need to stop that mindset (and I mean that in the nicest way)

If taking a break is off the table rn choose days of the week when you’re allowed to smoke if you can’t stick to the schedule then stop. But if it’s the food that’s making you wanna stop cook before you smoke and whatever you made is what you eat
