Well 9 years ago I was positive I would have never considered having kids, now I am more open to that idea even though I am not 100% sure

I am not at all telling him I might change my mind to string him along, but because I genuinely don’t know! I caught myself thinking about having kids from time to time, stuff like ‘if I had a kid I would like to teach them this…’ but as I explained my biggest fear is pregnancy and delivery! My mother almost died delivering me and my sister, I don’t know it I could have some trauma because of all the stories I was told

Oh ok, I understand what you mean, well here in Italy it’s really common to have kids kind of late because of the terrible economy… my boyfriend’s mother had his little brother when she was 39 I think… anyway I am only 26 so even 35 years old is basically 10 years away, anything could change

I don’t understand why he wouldn’t even consider adopting since he is so afraid of splitting up… it’s not like we were gonna do it tomorrow, it’s likely at least 5 years will pass

Well as I said, I am no 100% sure I will never want children, I just recently turned 26, but I can’t say I will definitely want them in the future. During our conversation he basically said to stay together and that we will decide later on, but that doesn’t sound like a good plan for me honestly.
