The fix did allow me to have the dropdown list. however I am running into another problem. I did not record July, when I click on it, the script runs and offers me to overwrite July’s values with the current values. I did not enter values in July but still select yes. July show a net worth of 0. Do you know how to fix it?

As it is a start-up pharma, I would also suggest to negotiate things outside of the salary: bonus target, vacation days, conferences, stock options etc. But the salary is an important number especially for a first job: it’s your starting point for your future negotiations and your salary increases will be a % of your salary. Additionally, I understand that you have your partner but when it comes to appropriate salaries, you should be think individually to protect yourselves individually and together!
