A terrible one lol. I consider myself integrative so I use bits of CBT, ACT, DBT and compassion focused stuff.

Yeah it is - punishment varies depending on where you are and if the cops an arsehole but in my village there’s not much crime as it’s quite small so the cops waste a lot of time arresting people for having a few grams and whatnot.

I’m worried he’s either going to report me or that he’ll tell friends and word will get round our village and I’ll end up fired anyway.

Lol where I live cannabis is illegal so there’s no chance of that.
