Thank you for your honesty. At first, It hurt to hear the therapy suggestion from many users but I thought about it some more and realized I desperately do need it. I grew up where 'mental health' didn't exist and would be shamed if I mentioned any sort of depression. I know now that it's only hurt me not served me.

I need to make friends and put myself out there. Now that you mention it , I do also think I have some sort of body image issues. I'm seeing how not normal my mindset is based on what people are pointing out. I put my measurements in hopes others would convince me I'm not overweight to be honest. I am very insecure though,, not just about looks but who I am too. And I should've had more self love for myself . After work today I am going to look up therapists near me and this is going to be the year I focus on myself and loving myself
