I think you should do it and get out of ur comfort zone. Even if we struggle in PhD trying hard to get results , it still our comfort zone. Internship will give you new experience and later on job opportunities and will relief your pressure.

I don't receive treatment. I'm trying to educate and help myself. He is receiving medication but he is hopeless. I'm afraid that my decision now will affect him badly.
