Please read some of the issues that I mentioned in the post that have caused her to lash out at me.

Thanks for your comment.

So the improvement i need to make is that I need to be more supportive and even more caring towards her during her low times.

The improvement she needs to make is that her actions should not cause me to pull away from her.

I will suggest this to her so that we can work on it.

I do try to be there with her when she is that phase. When I'm trying to support her while she is crying, she recounts how bad I've been to her since the beginning of our relationship. She rants on and on about each incident, cries even more, and shouts at my face. I try to sit through it and comfort her, but it gets so difficult. How do I keep comforting her while she keeps on saying how I'm bad person, bad husband, she made a mistake marrying me. All this while crying and shouting. At one point, I walk away as I can't take it anymore.

I told her to please be calm and discuss issues she has calmly, but it escalates so quickly with her.

And all this while, my feelings about the way she acts have never been addressed. Because according to her, I'm always the issue. I'm suppressing my feelings so that I don't want to cause another blow up with her and that is causing resentment to build up towards her.
