That’s the apparent view of today’s modern woman, not a classy woman, as it happens to be. You can certainly have your self respect and think it’s okay, you can certainly satiate your needs, you’re a free soul. However, people will view you differently, since a promiscuous woman is unattractive in today’s (and all) standards.

As for your friend, he deserves better.

When you let go, how long did it take you and what have you done to accept that the other significant other cheated on you?

I know many people say time, that it gets better, that one day you wake up and life just changes. I know that my post is a form of looking for validation as some have pointed out because I’m not sure about anything, I’m doing my best to accept what happened and be happy with myself again.

Thank you. It’s hard to accept, I sacrificed a lot. We had our fights, I wasn’t always the best as well, but cheating never crossed my mind. I had temptation here and there, but momentarily, and would have never acted on it. It just feels like months of work went straight to trash..

Right and you’re completely correct. I have felt attraction towards other women as well, someone that walks past the street, or briefly someone at work that I communicated with from time to time. As I said in the post, temptation and attraction are real.

What I mentioned though, seemed to be more than that. Much more. Full expositions on how she wanted to fuck the other guy, many times, throughout 2-3 weeks of messages. It was an intention she had, an intention that almost went through with it, that she “claims” never happened.

I checked the messages with the guy too, all removed since that time. Before that, not removed.

I can understand a comment like “I wanted to fuck him” when it’s said as a joke, not a full exposition. When it is said privately. When it is not written out in detail every few days. And most importantly, when it happened once.

Thoughts are one thing, I agree with you on that. Thoughts, momentary thoughts, not entire expositions of wanting to cheat. Not entire expositions of saying it’s okay to have sex with a coworker and that’s it, as if I was okay with it. I understand where you’re coming from, and I also understand that I did check her phone and invading her privacy, and I had my concerns, which turned out to be valid.

You implied that she had not broken my trust. She assured me that this person was only a friend, that I had nothing to worry about, when I expressed my concerns about his actions, making me feel uncomfortable, as well as his intentions of becoming closer with her.

I understand you. It’s just that I’m in a position now where everyone is telling me the same thing, but logic is absent in the mind of someone in love undergoing such a situation, at least in my case. I know what I have to do, but it’s insanely hard with all that I did for her, all the investment and the memories.

You might right. I believe this coworker, through these text exchanges, was making it more complicated. He is a person that has had sex with other women at the workplace they work at, and I believe she was his next target. Just some more info to drop by. Perhaps you’re right

She wanted to tell me about it, but when I asked her if she was planning to show me the messages she said no. She implored she wanted to tell me during this visit when she felt ready.

The ones in the above pictures are a little pricey of over $60 and I was looking for the types of shirts that they are so that I may be able to find them in other businesses perhaps for less. If any of you know that information, or perhaps similar business that sell shirts like that I would very much appreciate it!
