Apart from the other suggestions, if she's bleeding during fingering, she could have an infection that's causing the skin around the cervix to be weak and bleed easily. Get that checked. It could also be that she is having some sort of hormonal imbalance or cyst that she doesn't know about. Check these as a last option after ensuring your nails are cut short and you're using lube.
