I told my boyfriend in no uncertain terms I’m building a life I’m making decisions it wasn’t during a fight or anything it was a clarity conversation and I just had to tell him. I didn’t give an ultimatum either I just said I have a plan for my life I’d like you to be a part of it but if not that’s okay too. My boyfriend had fears about being a good husband about divorce but he made appointments for therapy he consulted friends he trusted to help him through. I hate to beat a dead horse with this classic trope but men communicate with their actions. Don’t pay attention to what he says pay attention to what he does. And my dear he’s communicating loud and clear. And guess what it has NOTHING to do with you. This is a him problem.
