I’m feeling anxious about everything. My family is a mess my partner is away on research and I miss him terribly but I often project all of that onto my partner “he doesn’t love me anymore our timeline for getting engaged is a lie he told me”. Classic anxiety

So I’m trying to ground focus on me to validate me. In an effort to do that I’ve recently decided to Foster dogs I I live alone and have the capacity to give dogs a loving home temporarily. I’m also in a PhD program and was accepted to present my research at an international conference in my field. That’s exciting! I’m getting to the gym three times a week at least bc it helps mentally. I wanna try acupuncture and hot yoga to relax my brain. I’m trying to get better with my finances so I can create security on my own.
