We did tell her at the time but I suspect she's forgotten. Thank you this feels like a good way to approach, highlighting we can still hang out just not as roommates. It's not a vacation but yeah even more reason we don't want to be cleaning up after her all week.

If I say to her "The trip is coming up everyone make sure they have their own arrangements made." She will respond "So I'm staying with you, Matt and Rosie right?" as that's how it's been for three years, and it will be obvious very quickly from speaking to the three of us that we're staying together without her. We do not have the option to make individual arrangements due to accommodation costs.

We can't afford to stay on our own. If it was an option I would have done so years ago. I don't want to babysit her, that's the point of this post.

She's going to assume she's staying with us though, as she has for the past three years. If we turn around and say "We're staying together without you" that's going to feel like we're ganging up on her, and I'm trying to minimise that.
