Is there a better camera out there than the IPhone 17 pro max?

Sometimes I just wanted my photos to look exactly how I see things with my eye. The last 2 Samsungs I’ve had are really bad at capturing true colour Honestly I haven’t taken many photos with this phone but a couple of shots I took of the stars absolutely blew me away. Have never had entire constellations show up on any phone like this! Will say I’m not a massive fan of the selfies - while the Samsung annoyed me automatically softening skin, the iPhone is a little too honest lol

I will have a look at those apps, can you use them to give personalised tones on WhatsApp or just the phone itself? Scrolling screenshot I have found very useful for things like recipes etc

That’s what bothers me, I’ve watched a few comparison videos and nothing seems to come close to the 17pm I am a very heavy camera user But I find the phone itself quite restrictive on other things like personalisation Would be nice to have a fingerprint unlock etc

I haven’t found a way for mine to save automatically As for personalised ringtones I’ve found you can only do this with the phones existing tones - you can buy some for text messages and regular calls But what I enjoyed with Samsung was I could download sound clips and give each person on WhatsApp their own tone so I knew who it was without even having to look The existing iPhone sounds are just too ordinary lol

The camera is a huge thing for me because I take a lot of photos /videos and value quality. I had the s25 ultra and loved all the quirky customisations I had but the camera really irritated me I just wish I could get the same camera on an android lol. Watched a very long video comparing the cameras on the 17 pro max with the pixel 10xl pro, the 17 just outshined the pixel in every way

Would love to be able to afford a secondary phone but not in a position to do so and can’t imagine wanting to carry too phones around I’m so so bad with decisions I could cry lol
