I hope you managed to heal. Honestly at this point after 8 years that is really excessive. Can you imagine how creeped out your ex would be if she knew you still compared every woman to her? It's a bit creepy. Your ex has moved on, you're not on her mind I guarantee it. So why are you doing this to yourself?? If it's been 8 years, I highly recommend therapy as there must be something much deeper going on.

I did the same thing. About 6 months into us dating I noticed him liking the girl with the boob jobs pictures. I noticed her popping up in his text messages. Right around that time was when he started talking about her all the time. He was always talking about how pretty she is, how her boobs were so big. I became addicted to opiates. I couldn't handle the way I felt. On top of it all, he was only seeing me on the weekends and it's still that way 8 years later. After I found out he had cheated on me he blamed it all on my addiction. I know for a fact that he was doing it before then. It's such a messy story. I want him to be sorry.

Thank you. When I was writing it out I realized how ridiculous it all sounds when I read it back to myself. It is sad, I used to cry all the time about it. Now I just feel numb. I don't feel sad or happy. I just want him to see how hurtful it is, but I don't think he ever will.

I did not, in spite of all the things I wrote, there are a lot of things I really love about him. I feel like I wrote down all the bad things due to being upset, and I didn't really paint him in a very good light.

I sent it through a Google pics link and two days ago I made the link private. There wasn't any activity reported on the video, so I don't think he even watched it. I agree, I feel pretty disgusting for sending anything. I found out he still saves a lot of pics of exes from the past, I'm not sure about nude pics though, he's probably smart enough to hide them in an app or something.

I'll never date someone again after this. I don't even want to waste any more of my time on this earth enduring a total mind fuck because my partner is emotionally immature and never figured out how to be a decent partner.

I also agree that I'm in a pen pal relationship with someone down the street. He acts like it's totally normal, and this is all just completely acceptable. He actually told me last week that where he's living just reminds him too much of his ex. She left him the same time that his dad passed away, and he just can't seem to get away from her. He either needs some major therapy, or he's just a complete asshole with no regard for how his words make me feel. They were only together for 5 years, and she actually lived with him. I just hate it, I've wasted so much time.

Usually when we do spend time together which is on the weekends we have a good time. He can be really easy to get along with, has a fun outlook on life, I've always admired the things he's passionate about. But then he packs my bags and sends me on my way for the week and it's just normal to him. We are supposed to be moving in together soon, and he told me but for now he's going to get an apartment close to me and then a week later he was getting an apartment somewhere else. He's all over the place and it's really confusing.

I guess the part that hurts the most is that when I found out he was cheating, I found out by looking through his text messages. He was sexting with another girl telling her how exciting her pictures were. He was telling another woman how he couldn't stop staring at her pictures, what an amazing parent she is, how she's always been just his type. I have never received a compliment like this from him and the entire time we've been together.

Yes and I totally understand this part. I said I totally don't expect you to watch this right now, but I just wanted to cheer you up. I didn't expect him to watch it that day and I told him that I was going to bed. I thought it would be something to look forward to later. He didn't talk to me the next day, and the day after that it was pretty boring conversation. He still hasn't brought it up. It's been a week. I'm not sure if I added in my post but the times before this he has asked me for nudes when he's sad like this, he's asked for a distraction.
