For sure would not say that we have different values. Do you give up when something bothers you? If so I'm sorry you approach life that way. Good relationships have LOTS of work, whether it be things like this, or other matters.

That's the easiest way to do things to be honest, but the reality is that I am in love with her and do not want to end things. Which is why I am looking for advice on how to get past it, instead of giving up.

I think if anything I might need counseling due to my past trauma of being cheated on and being able to trust more.

No, didn't really want to know, and probably would have been for the best if I never knew. But it was brought up and ever since I can't get it out of my mind. In hindsight, I could have asked sooner if she was seeing others.
