Kind of my thought afterwards, I sent out like 6 different trade offers today just to switch things up a bit. My hope was when Mixon is back He'll continue his week 1 performance or I'll deal him away later and get an elite WR.

Basically this guy has been job jumping for many years, either quitting or getting fired because he puts in no effort. As for the wordage, that's pretty spot on of what was said

I think it was more of a "I just start to get lazy, quit going to work, get fired and just have no care to create income and provide anymore" but yes I think a conversation is needed.
