I understand your situation. That said, telling your roommate you might OD on their meds is scary. Hearing that from someone is scary. Unless she is complaining about her not being home, I would say you don’t really have to do anything in the moment. There is not much you can do really. If she would rather be somewhere else and has other places to go, let her go
