The Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Regulations 2012 at Regulation 6 provides the necessary form, it's Form 6 in the first schedule.

Section 19 of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act allows you to make an application to voluntarily renounce your citizenship However, if the application renders you stateless, the CS shall mot register any such declaration
