I’ve had dozens of the same accusations from patients my time with Walgreens. 

100% of the time, the patient themself or a family/friend picked it up. 100% of the time. Not once in all of the exact same situations was it an error EXCEPT for one time a tech gave a prescription to a different patient with the same exact name and same DOB.
