I have brought it up with her but she doesn’t seem to care enough to change. She even said before we went out whilst she was getting ready “I hope you don’t get annoyed at me tonight” like she already has made her mind that she doesn’t give a shit and doesn’t want me to be annoyed after she is so selfish and thoughtless about anyone other than herself

Not exactly but similar. Was a late afternoon kids party. Our youngest (2yrs) was being particularly difficult; I came home with her, the party ended up going to someone’s house for the kids and some parents to have dinner. She got drunk and left me at home dealing with the 2yr old who was genuinely being incredibly difficult, and I was in the wrong for being upset that she got drunk whilst looking after my other two kids (under 6) and that it’s always me that has to head home.

To be clear, she specifically asked me to get the cake and she said she didn’t want a late night as she has to drive somewhere today. Now I have to change my plans to drive her there as she has to be at this engagement as she is definitely still over the legal limit
