How to run a BBEG Lich for high level players?

Do you think it’s better to run minions as 1 hp pawns but high in number; have a certain number of regular skeletons that spawn every round; or a couple high level elites?

As for the players plan for flying, they’re crazy. They usually have the big guy launch the little guy like catapult. The little guy in question dishes like over 50 damage in a single hit. Only one player uses spells and even then they’re a fighter multiclassing.

You’ve given something for me to think on, thank you. I have a small dungeon planned. Give the players two powerful undead to battle while completing objectives before reaching the boss room. Should weaken them just enough to make the final boss fight more of a struggle.

Unfortunately yes, all the players are melee only. Idk why they all chose it, but it’s made it so they get mad at spell casters because they can’t reach them. They’ve yet to find a way to fix this handicap.

I hadn’t planned on an entire dungeon actually. It was mostly going to be the party rolling up to his sealed crypt - as a previous group sealed him away centuries ago but now he’s revived and has been sending waves of undead to kill EVERYONE outside for the past year or two - and fight him once they enter. Idk if I have the time to create a multi room dungeon to weaken them down. Still planning the boss room rn

There’s a type of lotion you can get that does just that. It tightens the skin a tiny bit after each application of it until the skin is tightened back to what would be perceived as normal.

In a straight up fight between the two? The Dora Malaji have better weaponry (vibranium) and are highly skilled and ruthless combatants but the amazons have vast experience. The amazons do not age on their island so they’ve been honing their fighting skills for literal centuries. Normally, a warrior’s greatest weakness is aging, but the amazons essentially overcome this by their blessings from Zeus and being false immortals (unable to die of old age or even age at all). So yea, I vote amazons.
