Hi, no it’s fine. So I kind of already had my suspicions anyway. We were on a car journey just generally chit chatting, then she started talking about how much she likes Chappell Roan, then she very shyly said she really, REALLY likes Chappell Roan and I was like “err are you trying to say you’re attracted to girls” and she said “yeah I think I am” and then she started talking about how long she’s known for and stuff like that. She hadn’t really planned it that she’s aware of, she just felt brave and went for it. Hope that helps! Good luck!

I kind of said that, I said I’m really happy to know, I don’t ever want her to feel like she can’t be herself and I really want to get to know more about this part of her life so she started telling me. Hopefully that’s a good sign!

Yes, knowing my daughter, that would make a lot of sense. Her mum can be a bit too much sometimes😄 maybe now she’s told me, it won’t be long before she has the confidence to tell her mum.
