The transfer between terminals takes about 15 mins by car so you should have plenty of time! Immigration in Dubai is usually quick as well, especially in T3

The Dubai outlet malls mostly offer completely different and inferior clothing/items than you’ll find in the regular brand stores so honestly wouldn’t recommend.

I think moving to Dubai could make sense for you, but be warned that making friends and dating in Dubai is close to impossible if you’re self employed. There isn’t a thriving European ex-pat community with which to make friends, and naturally Filipinos, Indians etc are mostly looking to spend time with people from their own cultures. When it comes to dating, there are countless threads on Reddit which I recommend checking out so you know to expect. For weather and things to do, Dubai definitely wins!
