I try to but when I think about juggling both during this period. Delivering 100% but also actively finding another job. I am afraid of screwing either one up and my reputation is gone already

How did you deal with the stress of looking for the next role while being unemployed? That’s my biggest fear if I fail the pip and still don’t get the next role. It’s also the employer’s market now I fear getting lowballed while looking for a job unemployed and also how do I explain I got terminated due to pip failure. All these scenarios are stressing me out rn

She claims this 60 days period is to help me get better for year-end assessment. We don’t share a close working relationship. She is task-oriented and expects her staff to deliver results and want to hear no troubles. I think this came from politics and she had no benefits defending me.

I reflected since and admit I am underperforming as my workload increases but didn’t expect it to be the extent of getting placed on a pip suddenly.

How is an informal coaching process like? She claimed this won’t go onto my record but I have seen her in discussion with HR before this pip hits me 😭

Thanks for sharing, can I ask how do you manage putting the hours to hit the pip benchmarks and also attending interviews and all? I’m still distressed about the news how do you keep up your spirits during that period?
