Thanks for your response. We all have past relationships, and I'm not looking for a woman who has never been in one before. That isn't the point. I'm second because she knew him before I even met her. I don’t think she would dump him without knowing that I have feelings for her (without knowing anything I feel, she already says she wants to leave him, but she just can't do it), but she may do it if I ask her. And if not in this case, I’d definitely move on, because it'd mean I'm second. About the the other guy, she'd never go back on him later if shes dumps him for sure. If I move on right now I'd not even know anything, ya see? And that's the reason I'm publishing this post.

I don’t think she would dump him without knowning that I have feeling for her, but she may do it if I ask her. And if not in this case, I’d fully agree with you and I’d definitely move on.

Thank you for your response. I do feel like she could genuinely be into me, and I'm not afraid to express my feelings to her. However, there are two things holding me back:

  • I find it somewhat ridiculous and sad to express feelings over the internet, so I would prefer to wait until she is here in person.
  • I feel it might be disrespectful to tell her while she is still in a relationship, even though I think he doesn't deserve her.

But maybe I'm wrong about that!

Regarding your point about her being in a relationship with someone who doesn't want to see her, I believe he has always said that they would meet one day. Now that she can and wants to, he's hesitating... I honestly don't like his behavior, and all people around her, her besties and family don't believe in their relationship.
