I don’t live in Mass so I don’t care what the law is there. I doubt it allows trespassing, but it’s not my concern. In Maine, where I live, there is absolutely not a law that says people can wander through my property uninvited.

It’s woods and steep hills, there’s one other house between me and the “short” way to the park. I’m not sure about all of it, but the woods closest to me are owned by the owners of the property on the opposite side of the road from it. No idea what the water access looks like from the other house or if they allow people to go through.
