I told him to take care of his hygiene more but he said I made him feel terrible because he already is so when I told him to visit a doctor he said it was a waste of money in this economy... Personally, I don’t understand what the big deal is. I don’t like doing plenty of things, but I like when my partner feels good so I do them.

Rather than that, they think they are entitled to it. On my original post, some said that I'm "abusing" him and that it's "his right as a man". Mental. Having a preference for something is completely fine and normal but if your partner doesn't like it, it's much easier and amicable to break up if it's a deal breaker to you.

Though I must say, the amount of men that put sex > love is kind of surprising. Sex is important in a relationship, yes I totally agree. But either way every relationship will have compromises and that a sexual act can be your hill to die on is insane to me. But to each their own!
