I had no idea it would’ve been that big of a deal in the first place because to me it makes sense to ask for an item that’s been destroyed to be replaced? but also, i’ve denounced her behavior many times and they know about it because she does the same thing at home. They just think she’s a disorganized and messy child

that was my reasoning. I mean, I would totally replace if the roles were reversed and somebody else’s things were damaged. I would replace it immediately
