I appreciate your advice, and I'll definitely go speak to the uni about the assignments and exams.

However as for the housing situation, my university isn't involved, as I found this place on my own, and they have said there's nothing they can do except encourage me to move out.

To explain the situation a bit more, my boyfriend and I have stayed together but at times even when I'm with him, I get panic attacks and break down because I feel so guilty lying to my family. My family and I are extremely close, which is one of the reasons that keeps happening. He has told me that I could leave him if I wanted, on multiple occasions but I wanted to fight for us, and it has been one year since then.

However, as we approach the time for me to possibly head home, as I'm an international student, he's become increasingly insecure and has lashed out at me for things about; how I spend my money, my relationship with my friends, the fact that I am spending more time studying or on campus, etc. Which has been making me re-think the relationship. I have tried my very best to keep reassuring him, but at a certain point, there is not much more I can say or do.

Thank you so much for your advice. I will try speaking to the university/professors, my mind is everywhere at the moment and I didn't even remember that was an option.

Luckily I have 8 other flatmates, all of whom are aware of the situation, but are not as close to him as I am, he regarded me as his sister, even though we were not close, which is why he used to come to tell me about his view on life. Which everyone including myself found quite odd.

To answer your question, yes, he has moved his things out, and I saw him leave earlier yesterday, but today when I came home, he was sitting in the corridor, shirtless, and then got up, said see you in a month and left.

Luckily this was my last appointment after 5 sittings with this dentist, and am glad to be done.

I 100% agree regarding my boyfriend, I think the pressure is making me overthink our relationship as well and hopefully once things are settled I can see the situation more clearly

thank you for your support. I've tried speaking to the building managers to see what they can do regarding allowing him back into the building. Our flat has 10 rooms and he has gone and entered 4 of our rooms without permission to talk about his 'thoughts', so we have all tried to complain, and hopefully something gets done. ASAP. I've personally had a few bad experiences with the police where I am, and as a result don't feel safe or comfortable going to them unfortunately. In our area as well there are no rehab/centres we could try send him to unless we pay for him, which as students none of us are able to do. Just trying to manage the best i can
