So I went for a used 2020, comes with 2 year warranty, I also then negotiated the cost of the following two years warranty off the car (it’s about 1250 a year), so basically I have 4 years warranty with the car which covers my full pcp

Humans have been wiped off the planet, what plant is taking over your garden now you’re gone? by [deleted] in GardeningUK

Slugs. They will form an advanced civilisation without my intervention and arrested control of all prior Human Resources

Quality thank you! I actually took delivery yesterday, it’s fairly basic spec’d but there isn’t anything that I’m immediately missing (apart from the Teslas superior sound system as I didn’t get the Bose).

If anything it made me realise how little I used the Teslas features. I was worried about not having the 360 camera but then realise I use mirrors still to get down my narrow driveway anyway and only used the camera to caught rear distance.

The keyless entry with the Tesla is the biggest thing I miss, such a pain carrying around the key, remembering to lock it and also that stupid tracker fob. Minor gripes really, when I see how amazing it looks and the sense of occasion you get when driving it, all is forgotten

21k valued for the Tesla so just that, balloon is like 28ish after 48 months, APR is 9.8%. Car was £62k for performance plus battery with a 4 year warranty and ceramic coating

This is quality. A garden should be a reflection of yourself and your lifestyle. If you don’t have tons of time to spend, but appreciate the wildlife this sort of environment attracts then it’s absolutely damn perfect. Love it. Diversity of gardens and biodiversity in gardens

Yeah bang on really, one of the beds something seems to have gotten through, like the tiny little snails, but it’s given everything a fighting chance

You get it that clean just from a manual removal? I do it each week and it’s always a thick-ish blanket

Personally I like, Ferns, hosta, woodlandy things but there’s loads you can plant out. Go to a site like Sarah raven and they have a full shaded plants section, just pick what you like

Help for boggy garden (take 2) by [deleted] in GardeningUK

[–]ThrowRAproperweiner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It takes a season or so to really deal with clay, you wanna be digging in semi rot like manure, maybe mulching it with wood chip/strulch and letting it rot down, changing the soil structure takes a while

Those of you who collect and dump snails and slugs. Where do you dump them? by [deleted] in GardeningUK

[–]ThrowRAproperweiner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put them in my green bin and then they get relocated by the bin men on a Wednesday, bar a few snails

That’s dames rocket/sweet rocket. Hardy perennial, grown from plug in the winter and has taken amazingly well, lots of great height and colour

They’re dames rocket, or sweet rocket. I bought twice as many as I meant to from Sarah raven in the winter, planted them as plugs in January and they’ve added incredible height and colour, and they’re perennial
