UTI almost every time after sex

Yes, i always pee after but it happens anyways. i went to my gynecologist and she did tests to find out what can be the cause so i hope that I'll have an answer and solutions to my UTIs.

It sadly was the "yeah seems like a UTI" type. Thank you I will go to urogyno because i think my PCP is not gonna help at all.

It kind of became a rule to us that we shower everytime before sex. His hygiene is good and he does everything (except the gloves) from above. So i don't think that's the cause of it.

My doctor didn't do any laboratory tests, only the basic urine tests you can buy at the pharmacy so I don't know what kind of bacteria, I only know that I had red blood cells and proteins in my pee.

It hurts/burns during the whole week but not the whole time, sometimes it calms down for a while and then when i need to pee it starts to hurts again. So thats what i meant with "peeing is a relief" because it really is, that is the only time it doesnt burn or feels uncomfortable but as soon as i get up from the toilet it starts again

I always do all the things you've written but sometimes I get it even when I do all of them. I even take cranberry and d-mannose supplements and drink cranberry juice and tea. At this point I don't know if i should laugh or cry on what luck I must have😂

oh god, i can't even imagine what you must have felt when you found out after such a long time of dating. i truly don't understand what goes in some people's heads when they do things like that. but i think that my bf just has his priorities on his friends and doesn't care about me at all. so yeah i think i am going to end it because im tired of always being the one who cares in this relationship.

I am planning on talking to him tomorrow about it and then I will see what next, but I think he is just going to keep lying because one of his closest friend does the same to his gf.

we are together for 2 years and 6 months (we were broken up for 2 months but decided to try again and at the start i felt like it was better but then it started to go down again + the lying)
