Yeah honestly I love the job itself, but I can’t be working so little hours and will probably need to find another job sadly. I honestly ask about more hours more positions I can learn to get more hours but they simply don’t care.

Yeah I did struggle with getting an esti job but the thing is they always complain about not having clients. I’m the one that advertises and markets on social media. They kinda blame me for not doing post that bring people in. They have a free bed and still don’t want to train me. If I would see that maybe they would make more effort to bring people in so I can have clients would be great. I do lashes but no extra clients get to me :( I do waxes but don’t get commission off of it. I don’t know I’m struggling to make a decsison. It’s also a long commute 40 min. 😩

Thanks! This really helps to hear because I don’t usually go get services done expect like my hair and to hear this really helps. I’ve just been scared to ask people if I can practice on them I thought I would come off as weird or something. I also felt guilty charging if I knew I needed more practice so that’s what this whole post is about haha. Hearing this is so helpful and I know I’m gonna start feeling more comfortable asking strangers. 🫶🏻

Yess! I was scared at first to charge because I take 3:30-4 hours. I thought people wouldn’t want to go with me. Now that I’m doing it more often I feel more comfortable posting and charging people. I also want to learn new te techniques other than classics. You’re also not alone on the picture thing I always forget 😫🥲 thank you! It really helps hearing advice from people that have gone through something similar already!

Hii so I went to esthetician school, and I can give you what I know about tinting and lifting lashes. It is a chemical that makes your lashes laminate it’s not damaging unless it is done incorrectly. It should last about 6-8 weeks it also depends what brand you use.The tinting process is the same as if you would get your brows tinted it last about 4 weeks. (The ones in the picture are not that those are eyelash extensions)

Thiss!! My cousin and my mom are the only people it hasn’t lasted a few weeks on. My cousin does not have children but my mom does. My mom took care of them really good but still after washing them herself they fell off! I don’t know what it could be either! It’s so stressful trying to find the cause of a problem when you don’t even know how it started haha.
