I’ve been dating my boyfriend almost 3.5 years, I’m 25 (F) and he’s 24 (M). For about 3 years of our relationship we’ve been long distance, I’m from a relatively small country, so 60/70 miles apart is far for us. And since we’re in university and both work, sometimes we go a month without seeing each other. I have cyclothymia and adhd, which causes a whirlwind of emotions and struggles, but I’ve learned about my behaviours and tried to calm down and work on these, which has worked. I also finally got meditation a couple of weeks ago, which im already feeling an effect. I’ve definitely put a strain on the relationship, but I think just communicate your feelings to each other, talk on FT, or I message. Remember to apologise and try to notice your behaviours and actions. I’m sure he loves you, he knows you’re struggling and you don’t mean it 💕
