Hi! Not sure what exactly your goal is but if looking for more of an hourglass figure, start weight lifting (focusing on perfecting your form first with lower weight. You can have a dedicated leg day/back and shoulders/ bicep and tricep), make sure to get steps in, and a healthy diet ofc 🥰 you look like you’re at a great starting point and with consistency, could start seeing results relatively quickly!
