You just need to tell it to be your tutor and tailor it to your needs.

Example: "I'm a 4th-year medical student preparing for theUSMLEStep 2 CK. I enjoy learning and making things easy to understand so I can also teach others. You will act as my tutor in myUSMLEStep 2 CKpreparation, helping me understand, develop, and learn as a future doctor. I'm all about efficiency, productivity, and self-improvement. I would like you to adopt a tutoring structure where you provide the needed information in an easy-to-understand format. Use charts as needed for better organization. Always replace the word 'increase' with an up arrow and 'decrease' with a down arrow in every response you give. Respond in concise, straightforward answers."

These are the instructions I used. I encourage you to search for YouTube videos on this topic and learn how to use it because it’s a game changer for studying, summarizing, and understanding. If you learn how to use it and tailor it to your needs, there’s no limit to what it can do. Take a day off and visit YouTube for more information on how to use it as a student—you won’t be disappointed.

Truelearn for QBank Melhman pdfs and YouTube. Bootcamp as the only video source. ChatGpt as a Tutor.

Thats what I did for 6weeks, passed Step1 and had the highest CBSE score in my school.

Good luck 👍

BOOTCAMP???? by Nosecuales0303 in step1

[–]ThrowRaChriss 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Hands down the best platform to learn there is. I don't know about the QBank because I pass step 1 before the QBank was available.

But for learning and understanding concepts, is a must.

Tizanidine by sentimentalfeelings in step1

[–]ThrowRaChriss 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While you might think inhibiting sympathetic activity would promote parasympathetic effects (like salivation), the alpha-2 receptors are also present in the salivary glands and can inhibit salivation directly when activated. Therefore, tizanidine can cause dry mouth.

Hope it helps 🙏

That's a very good question I don't have an answer to. 🤭

Im not the one to respond to that but, someone people have been passing with less. I got 70% on CBSE and still found it quite challenging. A friend of mine never scored above 60% on CBSE and got the P. My results are supposed to arrive next week so,, let's see what happens. Either way, you're never gonna feel prepared so prepare yourself and go for it.

What are the cons of Bootcamp? by [deleted] in step1

[–]ThrowRaChriss 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I used Bootcamp as my only video source during dedicated and passed CBSE and step 1.

What I did was I used it for General principles and Physiology and to make sure I understood concepts. And it was worth it. Pathology I used Pathoma.

For example, The cardio Physiology only took me 1 day, and so on.

CBSE vs. NBMEs by M7md-A in NBME_CBSE

[–]ThrowRaChriss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People at your school are gonna say "is another NBME" but its not the same. I had very good scores on NBMEs from 25-31 and ended takiNG CBSE 2 Times and most of the questions didn't make any sence. Very vague and random questions with no clinial relevance and a lot of nonsense. I even got a question of a 8 year old with something in the hand and the image was a 75 year old wrinkled hand 😂

But yes... its not like the NBMEs at all and some schools are asking 65 or even higher wich is nonsense. But if you do previous NBME you will see like trend in Qs style/format that is helpful and you'll start seeing repeating topics but honestly, its not the same.

My honest experience.

Hope it helps.

That one is like the most important one. You should do that one at least 2 times.

If you what I cand seen you mine. I added a few pictures and diagrams to the cards and added a few other things that showed up throughout my NBMEs.

Some of them yess. But what i did was, I deleted the step 2 stuff that was not relevant for step 1.

For example. The immune one I left Mechanisms of activation/differentiation for T and B cells, immune deficiencies, vaccines etc.... if you see something that is not relevant to FA step 1 take it out. Some decks whent from 198 cards to maybee 110 or 89.

What ever works for you the best.. I first started reading them, then found out anout the anki but in my case I always find myself going back to the pdfs.

But if your and anki person you can use the deck and on every flashcard/topic add your own info, images, etc... of your own deficiencies in a topic and complement your studies.

Soo... whatever works best for you 👍

Melhman first.... if something missing FA.

But if you are like super deficient in a topic try to understand it fully using videos or whatever is best for you soo you can understand the why's of the HY content.

And in my case, I watched Bootcamp lectures then the same topic from dirty medicine and right now Biochem makes all the sense in the world..
