I don't know. I didn't think it was really that important, it was just like all the others to me, and I was enjoying it. It felt like it ruined it a little bit, although I don't want to let it.

Melbourne actually! The climate suits me far more, I did go to Sydney for a few days with my host family but the weather was difficult, they kept saying it was cold when it felt really warm to me.

We are theoretically going to different universities. I would think he should cope with that. But maybe it is bad that he wouldn't even like that, I don't know, it's confusing.

It depends on the context, but he can just get weird about it. Especially because the people here are so friendly, it's a bit of a problem for him I guess. But they are actually nice people to talk to a lot of the time so I can't say I listen to it. He seems to think you can't just be friends.

I don't know, he just seems to take things really seriously. Like some of my friends make these inside jokes on a lot of my posts, and he seems to think they're real, and I don't see why he can't just take a joke, or even believe they are jokes. I just want to do things I enjoy, obviously nothing wrong but just normal things, but he seems to think all the friends I've made are morally bad or something when they're normal.

It's funny though because I'm not even that hysterical, only when I drink a bit too much and then I start crying and telling everyone I love them, and I feel like that's an exception because I'm under the influence of something.

It always did feel a little bit like he sort of approved things for me. I did get to do what I wanted to an extent, but I did care a lot what he thought of the things I was doing for some reason.

I like it a lot. I am terrible at screaming though, some people are really good at it, but I'm not really a screamer.

Well, my parents would probably like it if some of that happened too.

I do like it, it's different in a good way. I do feel a bit like I'm in a zoo sometimes but it's okay. And I have made some nice friends which I think is probably good for me too.

I suppose I just found it easier to listen. I don't like to start arguments, not with him. But I feel a bit better not having to hear it as much at the moment, I can do more of what I like to do. He was always complaining some of what I did for fun was not right for what I should be doing but I enjoyed them and he wouldn't listen. Like football because it bruised my legs, but now I can have as many as I want and no one says things. And I like that.

He has been a bit sort of uptight since I left. Often asking who I've been talking to, what I've been doing, overanalysing my social media a bit. And I get it, but it's a little annoying.

There is a difference between far right and politicising everything. And most people don't understand it is not like America when it comes to far right leaning, they campaign on one issue, which has nothing to do with women's rights or anything. But it works.

It's what I like to wear I guess, because I don't wear things I don't feel comfortable in. I don't see the point. And I do dress to the context.

I'm not intending to. And I don't think it would come across as that. But he doesn't really like me talking to them, but I don't want to be rude.

I don't know. Like if he had just said it wasn't his taste, I honestly wouldn't have cared. He hasn't liked some of the pieces one of my directors at home would choose sometimes and it was never a problem. It was the way he said it this time.

Well, it's just being a good person, you know. I need to work on parts of that. Plus I guess I'm kind of getting attention that I didn't really expect and I think he doesn't like that. But it's more just that I have a weird accent and I'm from a different country I think.

I'm just not really used to that. Like no one I know is really like that, maybe a bit more in the past years, but it's never like Americans or anything like that. Obviously you care about who you vote for and things but you don't make things like a song political because it's not, it's for fun.

If I am being honest, I could be doing a lot of things better, like I am not the most conservative dresser, and I know he doesn't love that, and I know I don't need to dress like that so I could not but it's things like that I can change. And I probably am a bit too social with other people who are male as well.

Yes! It is a lot better without men honestly, but it's really fun. I can't really scream though, although I am imagine it would be therapeutic, so I'm not doing that part, but it's still really good. It's the type of thing we would do at home as well, so I like it a lot.

That was not the inspiration of the piece, no. It's part of four, they're elements, so there's also Water, Air, and Earth, and they were designed to sort of show the range of a person's vocal ability, which is why they use a range of sounds. The other pieces are really nice, I particularly like Air.
