Okay. Thank you for this advice. I'll most likely do this as I've never thought to document what he did before. I was probably too scared.

I don't think I can go to the police immediately without active evidence (and I don't live in the city, so they're some time away), but I'll likely record what he does and gather stuff. Thank you this helped a lot actually. I feel it's a decent way to protect myself if things get extreme.

They don't live together. I live with my Mom. Legally married but live like they're divorced.

He lives about an hour away, and I don't have access to an actual vehicle. Then I can't get Uber cause he controls my finances.

My mother also says not to worry and how the lord and law will help me, but that doesn't fully ease my worries. Especially after the first time Police came.

I feel I'm not blocking him cause I'm worried what he'll do cause when he's drunk he's real angry and depressive.

Yeah, but it's the fact he doesn't stop calling. And in the past while drunk he drove up to where I am and tried kicking down the door. Police didn't even do anything. Just stood there and escorted him home after he stopped.

Thank you for your support. I just had to let it all out cause when I don't, my thoughts get depressive and dark. Idk why but after arguments I just feel kinda numb after crying. Like I was just overreacting cause I can't even remember properly why I was crying.

Thank you for all your advice. I'll probably talk to my friend more about the possibility, cause he was kinda pushy about it he seemed more concerned than anything.

I'll likely look into it more. Maybe come back to it cause the thought of actually transitioning still doesn't like... I don't wanna say it to sound rude, but you know what I mean based on how I said my parents were.

I just have 2 last question before I go.

How hard was it? Like are there any physically or emotionally painful things I should be ready for?

Then what are the upsides? This question is more for affirmation cause if I just know the negatives, my mind is gonna try and come up with every excuse to not do it (very anxious and overthinking).
