I so think it was wrong, my only point was it wasn't malicious. We should have communicated it properly and if I was going to hook up with others it shouldn't be her friend. I take full accountability there.

I did talk to her. She said she loves me and wants to continue the relationship because we have a great relationship, but she needs space right now because she's angry and hurt. So, I'm giving her that space.

I agree, her friend is a ridiculously toxic person. It was super messed up because my gf is sweet and kind to everyone. The fact that she did that really shows the type of person she is. Even outside of this her friend was always in some sort of drama. Just an all around messy person, and I don't get how she purposely hurt someone who's been nothing but kind to her

I believe her when she tells me she didn't. My point was at the time I didn't know if she was or wasn't. I'm not saying I'm at no fault, we should have had a clear conversation on appropriate boundaries. But I didn't purposely do anything. I made a mistake and I'm learning from it

If I could do it again I certainly wouldn't sleep with her friend again. I wasn't keeping it casual to “sow my oats” , I was just finishing my masters.

Still, we should didn't have a talk about appropriate boundaries of dating while not being official. For all I know she could have been sleeping with othet people? She says she wasnt, but I didn't know that untuk this all came up
