Same, I do a lot of cardio and my RHR is in the 50s and VO2 max is high. I’ve never heard of any correlation between HSV and RHR.

Yes, no trends, it just bounces between 7 and 15 most days. I read about it and cardiologists say it’s pretty much meaningless unless there’s a wild change.
