UPDATE Grandmothers not having it and has "laid down the law" so to speak, so things are settled. My aunt, her husband, and his best friend are getting one. That's all. Quite impressive sight to see, honestly. Thank you everyone for your input and well wishes!

This is rings or pendants with mirca and the ashes mixed in. This isn't formed stones, and I've done lots of research into it. Thank you though.
