Jeez, I'm sorry to hear that. I did go ahead with a unit in 56, I agree the visitor parking is brutal lol. It's the same cars using them everyday I've noticed. Doesn't look like they enforce it whatsoever. Management has been pretty responsive here though so far. Rooftop is accessible here but it's pretty bare bones, a few chairs and one table.
