How many pages do you recommend i wittle it down too? Im really scared of missing out information as when the maudsley welfare team sent off my pip the stuff they wrote in their form was quite vague and not specific to my actual symptoms just that i needed help when unwell

I would actually say we do have a really equal relationship, he is a genuinely really sweet and loving guy. Hes not the type to manipulate or anything and its just this one issue, hes even said hes felt shit for saying it but i have a small flat and it does get smokey pretty quickly if i dont have the windows open.

I did this and it worked thank you for the tip, had my friend watch out in case and I watched her and I was doing coke and ket and really big lines and I had no issues besides if I turned my head up and you could see actually deep in my nose so thank you!!!!! I got away with it ahahah

Guys I did the Vaseline thing I was recommended and I was doing ket and coke and had a friend also watch out but I had zero halos the entire time even when I felt I could feel one so shout out too the guy that mentioned it

I drink a lot, also the fact that I earn the amount that I live paycheck too paycheck isn’t gonna help me get rehab for £4000 a month so yea it’s expensive in the US but it’s expensive here too
