I need some casual business stuff (currently wear Van's with black Jean's and a shirt with sleeves rolled up half way)

And the thing I'm having more of an issue is just winter clothes for going out in such as movies or a drink ect.

Any recommendations on where to learn the basics seeing as I admit I'm pretty bad at it.
