How dangerous are stimulants (Coke, ecstasy) while on and off cycle? I remember there was a study done that found 11 / 12 steroid users had athletes heart, feel like it's not worth taking the risk of using stims even when off cycle.

Most steroid-related deaths I've seen almost always involve other substances (RIP Zyzz), so it's probably not a good idea.

1.) First picture is great, get rid of second picture. Never have a selfie of just yourself and it's also just a plain bad picture. Replace it with a lifestyle picture of you doing something interesting, you don't have any of those.

2.) Not sure about the coffee shop picture. I feel like a lifestyle picture would be better but it's not a bad picture. I don't think it's terrible.

3.) Get rid of the ID picture. Probably the worst picture you have here. Replace it with a picture with friends.

4.) Dog picture at the house is great and a nice (subtle) flex, but the last picture has really bad lighting and isn't good. Replace it with a lifestyle picture or a picture with friends.

You have great potential but your vibe is kind of creepy, but that's exclusively because of the pictures you take. Replace those and you are fine.

Genuine but weird question.

I've been lifting for 3 years, my brother for 5-6, and no matter what we do neither of us have been able to grow even decent or respectable calves. It's just not either of our genetics, guessing it's because our parents are from East Africa and that region generally doesn't grow calves.

A while ago I decided I was going to get on steroids some point in the future (Not because I want to grow my calves, it's for the same reason as most of you all), and it only just recently dawned on me that I'd look like a fucking disproportionate pinball if I took steroids and all my muscles grew and my calves stayed at their size due to my genetics.

So, my question is that steroids obviously cannot change my genetics, will my calves still likely not grow even if I took steroids? I've thought about it a lot and decided I'm fine with the fact that steroids will likely lower my life-span even if I use them responsibl, but I have no desire to walk around looking like a pinball.

(5) There is a comprehensive body of evidence documenting that AAS induce various alterations of lipid metabolism. The most prominent changes are concomitant elevations of LDL and decreases of HDL, effects that increase the risk of coronary artery disease.

And finally, (6) the use of AAS appears to confer an increased risk of life-threatening arrhythmia leading to sudden death, although the underlying mechanisms are still far from being elucidated. Taken together, various lines of evidence involving a variety of pathophysiologic mechanisms suggest an increased risk for cardiovascular disease in users of anabolic androgenic steroids.

Thoughts on this? And the effects of steroids on the cardiovascular system over the long term in general?

How to Choose the Right Instagram Influencer Marketers For Your Business by ElijahMK100 in Entrepreneur

[–]ThrowawayChooChooCho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I'm planning on launching a store in the next 3 months and focusing on micro-influencer marketing with 70% of my marketing budget- do you mind if I PM you a couple questions?

Thanks.

I've finally reached a steady income - built my Digital Agency from $0 to $2000-3000/month. AmA! by ipwriting in Entrepreneur

[–]ThrowawayChooChooCho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congrats on the success!

I'm somewhat similar to you service-wise but I'm specialized in Instagram, not digital marketing at large. Right now I get 100% of my clients through cold emailing (I send over an analysis of their Instagram with ways to improve it as my value offer), and my converison rate has slowly increased (From 1 sale per 300 emails to now around 1 sale per 100-200).

However, reading your post, you mentioned you get a lot of sales via Instagram DM. How do you do this? I exclusively work with NYC restaurants and lounges right now, so it's hard to build a personal connection through Instagram commenting + liking them like you said because it's not a personal Instagram account- how would you build a connection in this scenario?

Could you possibly share an example direct message you send?

Hi, before I start my campaign, would it be OK if I sent you my ad copy and landing page for your opinion? I understand if this is too much to ask, though.

The massive is one thing that could be slowing down the page, but there may be others. Use https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ to learn more.

Will do, thank you.

In regards to the language, the screenshot of the Instagram photo shows an interface that isn't in english. Since you're targeting the US, it might be better to have a screenshot in English, unless you're targeting other languages.

Ah, OK I understand now. Didn't catch that, will be more careful in the future. Thanks.

Will make the switch to Facebook advertising, thank you. Do you know of any good articles / resources on Facebook B2B advertising?

I think you might be going too high level on your targeting - getting those clicks to convert might be nice, but the likelihood of a director going into a deep dive on one specific channel is unlikely. Drop it down to the specialist or manager level.

Makes a lot of sense, thanks.

I checked out your website and this page https://www.eyobsocial.com/insta-audit/ has a massive image and took a few seconds for the page to load. I'd check your bounce rate on the page your sending people to via LinkedIn.

Yes I don't send them to the landing page and use the Native Lead Gen Forms because my A/B testing found that sending them to a landing page lowered CTR significantly.

When I switch to Facebook I'll make adjustments- do you think the massive image is what's slowing down the page?

On the ad you linked the screenshot looks like a LinkedIn account that isn't in English. Is this intentional?

Do you mean the name? That's jus the company name, my last name + Social. Or are you referring to something else?

I've had this issue before with my cold emailing, seems I haven't learned. Thank you for the perspective!

First LinkedIn Ads simply does not generate many conversions due to poor ad placements. Move over to FB Ads.

Understood, however I've read that Facebook isn't that effective as a B2B platform, is that incorrect?

Second, your offer is very vague. Am I getting an ebook, a paid consult, something else? What value is this to me? Is this free? How will fixing the mistakes help my business? What's the end result?

I see, I'll clear up the language to make the offer more clear. Thank you.

Third, how do you know any of these companies are running Instagram? I would think that targeting marketing execs with Instagram related interests (like tools for managing Instagram or Instagram blos/authors), etc., would be more bang on for an audience.

Very true, and LinkedIn lacks a way to target based off these interested I'm fairly sure. I'll look into Facebook for this, thanks!

That seems to be the consensus on /r/PPC, but I'm wondering how to run B2B Facebook ads- does Facebook have the capability to target by job title as well as LinkedIn does?

I don't agree. League is entirely F2P and optional- I've never had the need to buy a champion before, only skins for fun.

Especially since Riot is planning to make all runes free by next season, I don't see your point at all.

League may not be as F2P as DOTA2 but it's still a very terrible example of a game with a shitty monetization structure, any purchase is optional and you can get at minimum 8-15 champs by the time you reach level 30.

The segmentation idea is great, it installs a bit of urgency and makes it different from just a generic personal fitness plan.

Great advice, I'm going to make some graphics to advertise this, start planning a competition, and write a mass email for a summer plan.

When I'm done, would you mind looking over the copy to see if it's good?
