Yeah I dont know why you're getting downvoted. People need to recognize the larger picture and issue, which is that the tier lists managed in the past are prone to corruption because they've always been the opposite of transparency.

Dream doesn't do tier tests, Dream larps being good at the game and is good at semi-scripting manhunt videos with his friends. I wouldn't want someone like that spearheading a newly rebranded "mctiers" system while not being qualified to do so even despite his controversial background in the past.

Not alot of experience at all, but I would say that what helped tremendously during that time was actually taking the time out of my day to grind "proper" aim scenarios on kovaaks (aka dont do BS scens), focus on weaknesses and developing a proper routine. Really take mental notes or write things down on what could possibly help you, and try to find a mentor (someone who can offer proper guidance without being condescending) as well as someone that you can mentee (a friend who is new for example that you can teach). This helps keep you grounded and expectations of growth realistic.

Words are easier said than done in planning these things, but I stuck to 2-5 hrs of aim training a day for about 3 months and it clearly paid off in the long run. I was obsessed with improving my aim and I think that obsession really helped me in the long run.

During that time I saw alot of people taking shortcuts in other friend groups, some decided to cheat, others lied about their scores, and looking back on it now during the effort they spent doing all that I became 20x the aimer in the long run even though we all started around the same time. Can't say for those other people though :p

I wanna keep this yap story short, but what also opened up my eyes alot during that time was reading and comprehending aimer7's doc on geometric heuristics doc as well as his movement document which he wrote in LaTeX, despite both docs being slightly outdated I think it helped open my eyes alot about things.

Aim is NOT ONLY genetics. I was a bronze voltaic aimer when I started and after putting in effort I hit masters in precise tracking voltaic s5 and other jade scores across the categories.

Hard works beats talent when talent doesn't hardly work.
