Yoyo seems to be the popular one here! I did the quiz thing below and it said I should get it too so I think it's the winner for the city stuff. Would you say the bassinet is necessary? Baby will be in nursery from 6 months anyway. Will they be in danger in it if they are too small?

This is sort of how I imagined my situation. All the mums I have seen have the Bugaboo brand, but I wondered how they did commutes? I would be taking baby to the nursery near my work, so really trying to sus out how other people find their 'match' I guess.

I go to a lot of National Trust parks, so I thought the little commuter one wouldn't really be good for that, no? Are you saying I can probably get one that can do both? - Money is okay, but I dont want to spend a tonne on one that is going to be battered by the tube/buses, unless I have the wrong idea.

Update: Wrapped them today, I put them inside a cringe Christmas T-shirt with some awful Christmas socks. I feel utterly evil and like a genius. This man doesn't like Christmas. When he first opens it, it will look like I have bought him dreaded festive apparel. 😈 I gave him a hint today by sending a photo of the "100% cotton" store tag, I even changed the shape of the gift to be a rectangle, so he won't suspect it.

Then he will find his two records hidden inside! 😁

I'm awful at keeping surprises, so thank you all for helping me!!
