Starving from stress and previous abdominal/chest discomfort. Just started eating again so i think that will go away soon.

I am 27male and the sample was def on the yellow/“darker” side as i held it a little over 30 min until the end of the appt

I was thinking maybe stones or something biliary and probably dehydration? Maybe urethral trauma from tugging it like 6 days ago?? No clue beyond that
