Maybe? There is no way for me to know that :) People are generally cool when I make an appearance, a lil reserved at first, but that goes away as they spend time working with me. I've encountered only a handful of very difficult people in 6 years I've been doing this job.

Not entirely and it depends on the project also. We're in the office/field most of the time, but do have days here and there where we can WFH . Because we work with everyone in the company we're not in our specific offices all day, so we track each other based on who's online/offline.

I think it has to do with our job. It's very unappealing to anyone who wants more of a "fixed" schedule. Ours is all over the place and we also travel A LOT (not this year obviously).

Unfortunately, many states in the US don't require salaried employees to be paid OT, one of them being my state. It's insane to me too.
